Gift cards

Apranga Group can offer you two types of gift cards:

A physical Apranga group gift card, which you can purchase at physical Apranga group stores in Lithuania. More about this gift card in the rules below.

A virtual Soulz gift card, which you can purchase at www.soulz.lt and which is valid in the store www.soulz.lt, as well as in all Apranga physical stores in Lithuania. More information about the rules of the Soulz card can be found here.

Apranga gift card rules

GENERAL PROVISIONS

  1. These APRANGA Group Gift Card Rules (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Rules’) are valid from 1 July 2024. 

  2. The Rules lay down the terms and conditions as well as the rules for the purchase and use of APRANGA Group gift cards (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Gift Card’ or ‘Card’).

  3. APB APRANGA operates and coordinates the Gift Card distribution programme, whereby natural and legal persons (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Purchaser/Cardholder’) may make a prepayment and receive a Gift Card as proof of that payment, which they may then use to pay for purchases in all physical stores owned by Apranga Group in Lithuania (The list of physical stores owned by Apranga Group in Lithuania) and in the online store at www.soulz.lt.

  4. By purchasing the Gift Card, the Purchaser accepts these Rules. These Rules also apply in full to persons to whom the Purchaser lawfully transfers the Gift Card for use.

  5. The Gift Card is a physical card with an identification number (unique code) that serves as proof of the Cardholder’s prepayment and entitles the Cardholder to use it to pay for goods in all physical stores owned by Apranga Group in Lithuania and in the online store at www.soulz.lt

  6. The Gift Card is reusable, i.e. the amount of money it contains can be used several times in the aforementioned different physical stores or in the online store. 

  7. The following information is indicated and/or entered on the Gift Card: Card value (denomination), date of issue, identification number (in digits, graphic code), other information necessary for the intended use of the Card. 

     

    PURCHASE, DENOMINATIONS AND VALIDITY OF GIFT CARDS

  8. The Gift Card can be purchased in all physical stores owned by Apranga Group in Lithuania (except for ZARA, Bershka, ZARA HOME, Massimo Dutti, Oysho, Stradivarius or Pull&Bear, hereinafter referred to as the ‘Inditex chain stores’). 

  9. The Card can be paid for by cash, bank card, bank transfer or with the shopping mall gift card.

  10. In accordance with the current legislation, no VAT invoice is issued when purchasing the Card. If the Purchaser so requests, a Card transfer certificate is issued.

  11. The denomination of the Gift Card is custom-selected, to the nearest EUR 1 (one euro). The maximum denomination of the Gift Card is EUR 9999. 

  12. The starting date of validity of the Card is the date of issue (purchase) of the Card.

  13. The Gift Card is valid for 12 (twelve) months from the date of purchase. Upon expiry of the Card validity period, the Card validity period cannot be renewed and no refund can be made for any unused balance of the Gift Card. 

  14. If the Card is not used within 12 (twelve) months from the date of issue of the Card, the Card service will be deemed to have been fully provided to the Cardholder, the Card will be cancelled and no refund will be made for any unused Card.

     

    RETURN AND USE OF GIFT CARDS, RETURN OF GOODS, AND RESPONSIBILITY 

  15. The Card cannot be returned or exchanged for cash. The Card cannot be used to pay for another Card or the Soulz Gift Card (virtual).

  16. There is no limit to the number of purchases that can be made as long as the Card is valid and has a sufficient cash balance. The same Card can be used to make payments in different physical stores owned by Apranga Group in Lithuania or in the online store at www.soulz.lt until the Card is used up, but not later than by the expiry of the Card.

  17. If the price of the purchase paid for with the Card is less than the amount on the Card, only the amount required to pay for the purchase will be debited from the Card. The remaining unused amount remains on the Card and can be used for subsequent purchases in another or the same physical store owned by Apranga Group in Lithuania or in the online store at www.soulz.lt

  18. If the amount of the purchase paid for with the Gift Card exceeds the amount on the Card, the difference can be paid in cash, by bank card, bank transfer or with the shopping mall gift card. 

  19. By presenting the Card at one of the stores owned by Apranga Group in Lithuania (except for the Inditex chain stores), the Cardholder can obtain information about the validity of the Card, unused balance, etc. This information is provided free of charge. When paying with the Card, information about the balance on the Card is also indicated on the cash register receipt.

  20. When returning goods that have been fully or partially paid for with the Card, the amount of money paid with the Card is refunded with a similar Card, except for the cases of returning goods that have been fully or partially paid for with the Card and that have been purchased in the Inditex chain stores (ZARA, Bershka, ZARA HOME, Massimo Dutti, Oysho, Stradivarius or Pull&Bear). In this case, the amount paid for the returned goods with the Card will be refunded to the Purchaser by providing a voucher of equivalent value for the corresponding brand (e.g. an Oysho voucher if the Card was used to pay in an Oysho store).

  21. When returning goods that have been fully or partially paid for with the shopping mall gift card from Akropolis Shopping Centre or Panorama Shopping Centre, the corresponding amount to be refunded to the Customer for the returned goods will be given by means of the Gift Card and the Customer will then be subject to these Rules.

  22. The store has the right not to accept the Card at the time of checkout if it suspects that the Card is counterfeit and/or damaged, i.e. the Card is stained or part of it missing, it is otherwise damaged and/or it is impossible to read/scan the Card identification number and/or the Card amount. Such a Card cannot be returned or exchanged for cash.

  23. The Cardholder is personally responsible for the security of the Card from the moment of purchase.

  24. The Cardholder ensures that the identification data of the Card (Card value (denomination), date of issue, identification number and other information related to the Card) will not become known to third persons who, by using the identification numbers of another card, could counterfeit the Gift Card, make use of it and/or otherwise harm the Cardholder’s interests. After the sale/presentation of the Card to the Cardholder, the Merchant will no longer be responsible for the security of the Card and the entire responsibility passes on to the Cardholder.

  25. If the Cardholder has violated these Rules and/or the laws of the Republic of Lithuania and/or has engaged in any activity that may be deemed to be intentionally detrimental to APB APRANGA or other Cardholders, the Cardholder’s Card may be cancelled and the money may not be refunded, the Cardholder may be denied the sale of new Cards or the provision of information, and the Cardholder may be reported to law enforcement authorities.

     

    MISCELLANEOUS

  26. The Rules may be unilaterally amended, announcing thereof in the same manner as these Rules have been announced.

  27. Information about the Cards is provided:

    27.1. at the cash desks of physical stores owned by Apranga Group in Lithuania (except for the Inditex chain stores);

    27.3. online. 

  28. The Cardholder or any other person concerned has the right to lodge a written claim concerning the improper distribution and servicing of the Cards with APB APRANGA at Ukmergės g. 362, LT-14311, Vilnius, Lithuania, or by e-mail to [email protected]. APB APRANGA will examine the claim within 14 (fourteen) calendar days and provide the person concerned with a reply by post, e-mail or any other agreed means.

     

    PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

  29. As a general rule, we do not process the personal data of the Cardholder of the physical Gift Card for the purpose of purchasing Gift Cards at Apranga Group. Exceptions include cases where, at the request of the Purchaser of the Gift Card, a Card transfer certificate is issued, indicating the name and surname of the Purchaser of the Gift Card, the Gift Card number and date.
